Ortoma AB meddelar härmed att bolagets årsstämma senareläggs och är nu planerad att hållas tisdagen den 29 juni 2021 i Göteborg. Plats för årsstämma och för publicering av fullständig årsredovisning kommer att presenteras senast i samband med kallelse till årsstämma.
Bakgrunden till senareläggningen av årsstämman är av administrativa skäl.
