Great interest in Ortoma option scheme, subscription rate 98.6%

In connection with Ortoma AB’s initial public offering in February 2014 were issued 1,500,000 warrants of series TO 1B. Last day for subscription of B shares by virtue of warrants was 19 February 2015. Total signed 98.6 percent of the warrants, which means that Ortoma will receive approximately 7.6 million after issue costs.

Total signed 1,478,860 warrants, meaning that 1,478,860 new B shares are registered with the Companies Office. Ortoma is being provided about 7.6 million after issue costs. The number of shares in Ortoma comes after registration with the Companies Registration Office will amount to 10,627,364 pieces (of which 1.05 million non-listed A shares) and the share capital will amount to 1 169 010.04 SEK.
